Back in Thousand Sunny, Robin surprises Luffy with shocking information about Sabo, who is accused of murdering Vivi's father, Nefertari Cobra.

Luffy couldn't believe what he was hearing. Robin agreed as well, given that the Revolutionary Army was fighting against world nobles rather than regular kings.

Robin is aware of this because she served in the Revolutionary Army for two years.

The Revolutionary Army has declared war on the Celestial Dragons, according to the headlines.

Sabo, the Revolutionary Chief of Staff, assassinated King Cobra of Alabasta. Worse, Cobra's daughter, Vivi, has disappeared.

Luffy yells at his crew, telling them to set course for Alabasta. However, Zoro rejected the idea because it would result in nothing good.

Not only is Cobra no longer alive, but Vivi was last seen at Mary Geoise.

While Luffy and Zoro argue about the former's stupid idea, Caribou overhears the conversation from a locked-up barrel and assumes the crew is on their way to Mary Geoise.

Luffy refused to stop arguing and insisted on going to Alabasta, despite Zoro's reminder that the Navy's headquarters are located there.

Moreover, despite Luffy's protests, Zoro pointed out that they had no leads at all, making it an extremely stupid idea.

The rest of the crew began to express their reactions to the shocking news. Sanji sobs uncontrollably, wondering where Vivi could have been.

Chopper begins to cry as he recalls how nice Cobra was to them, which Usopp concurs with.

Nami sighs in disbelief, torn between worrying about Vivi and how she's been handling everything. Jinbe observes that the year's reverie was turbulent.

Franky thinks the Sabo described in the news is the same guy they met in Dressrosa.

On the other hand, Brook concludes that he has never met anyone who is unhappy with the way Alabasta is governed.

While Luffy, Nami, and Chopper freak out, Zoro tries to snap them out of it. Zoro told Luffy to remember what he said about Ace before.

Much to Luffy’s dismay, he remembered how he said that Ace had his own adventures.

Zoro immediately corners Luffy by saying that Vivi can also hold her own, just as Luffy trusted Ace to make his own way up until he needed help.

Zoro concludes the debate by telling everyone to have faith and stop whining. However, if an opportunity presents itself, they will seize it.

As a result, the other members of the crew gave Zoro nicknames like "green Kaidou", "crappy moss head", "green mom", and "oni onigashima."

While Zoro and Sanji continue their banter in the background, Robin realizes that a lot has happened since they were in Wanokuni. Worse, things are rapidly escalating.

Robin continues to speak, mentioning how the abolition of warlords has brought elite pirates back to the seas.

This explains the formation of the Cross Guild, as well as Buggy the Clown becoming Emperor, which further enrages and perplexes Luffy.

Before Luffy becomes overburdened with shocking information, Robin decides to stop reading the news.

Luffy asked her to simply notify him if there was anything significant to keep an eye on.

Luffy lies down and declares that Sabo is innocent, to which Nami confidently agrees. Luffy explains that Sabo had a very strict upbringing and that all he wants is for no one else to have their freedom taken away the way he did.

Luffy continues, telling everyone that he swore an oath with Sabo and Ace when they were sharing their dreams.

In a flashback, Sabo expresses a desire to travel the world and write a book about it. When it came time for Luffy to share his dream, the flashback was cut short.

While the chapter did not reveal it, Luffy apparently told his crew about his dream.

Luffy's dream elicited mixed reactions from his family of pirates.

Chopper becomes overly excited, Robin remains expressionless, Sanji bursts out laughing and tells Chopper that Luffy should check his head, and Franky laughs as well, telling Usopp that Luffy's dream is perfect and wonderful.

Usopp is concerned and inquires if Luffy is serious, Nami sighs in disbelief, Jinbe requests that Luffy repeat himself, and Zoro cannot believe it.

Following that, Usopp informed Luffy that his dream was unattainable. However, Luffy insisted that once he became King of the Pirates, he would have a chance.

Furthermore, Luffy realizes that he has never mentioned his dream to anyone other than Shanks, Ace, and Sabo until now.

Luffy was asked what the trio's reactions were, to which Luffy replied that they all laughed at him with tears coming out of their eyes.

Nonetheless, Luffy wishes to realize his dream and achieve his life's objectives.

Jinbe burst out laughing and mentioned how he joined Luffy's crew willingly, making it technically his problem.

Chopper sobs once more, ecstatic about how incredible and awesome Luffy's dream is, while Nami remarks that his dream sounds exactly like him.

Franky joins the conversation and tells Luffy that they need to find the last lode poneglyph to make his dream a reality, prompting Robin to remark that Franky made it sound so simple.

Robin emphasizes how long it has been since the last poneglyph was seen. Unfortunately, they have no idea where to begin their search.

Meanwhile, Sabo's call to the Kamabakka Queendom was intercepted at Marine HQ, where the Marines discovered that Sabo was not using a white transponder snail to jam his call, which could have allowed them to pinpoint his origin.

The marines then tracked Sabo's location in the Lulusia Kingdom, surprising the Gorosei.

The Five Elders begin talking about the Lulusia Kingdom, one of the eight nations that rebelled just a few days ago, and how it would be an ideal place for Sabo to seek refuge.

When Sabo begins narrating the events of Mary Geoise, he sees something incredible, as if the sky was darkening and something massive was approaching behind the clouds.

Seki, the King of Lulusia, and Princess Komane were imprisoned in the Lulusia Kingdom.

Imu is watching in the background while the commoners want them to confess to their crimes.

According to Sabo, the incident he witnessed occurred in the Pangaea Castle's throne room.

While the Gorosei gave the order to cut the signal to the surveillance division's transponder snails, a map was displayed with Lulusia's location marked with an X.

Sabo is convinced that the throne of the King of the World is not empty.

On the other hand, Koala is speaking with Sabo in the Den Den Mushi in the Kamabakka Queendom.

Then, much to the delight of the other members, Sabo apologizes for the trouble he has caused the Revolutionary Army and informs Dragon that he did not kill Cobra.

The Gorosei continues their conversation, stating that nothing unusual has occurred today with the surveillance division and that no information has been intercepted, except that the country of Lulusia does not exist.

Imu's eyes are magnified at that moment, while a beam of light blinds the people of Lulusia.

Soon after, Lulusia was struck by a ray of light from the sky, which reduced the country to ashes.

Koala's phone call with Sabo was dropped, and reports of seaquakes off the southwest coast were released.

A few days later, the Straw Hat Pirates face a difficult day at sea as they enter the winter climate zone of an island.

Worse, a massive warm eddy moving upward is right beside them.

Luffy noticed a person trapped in the eddy. To get the person out, Zoro decided to cut the eddy.

However, Chopper was blown away from the ship by the strong winds. Luffy chased him down, only to be blown away as well.

Right in the middle of this, the person who was trapped in the eddy came out!

It was Jewelry Bonney, one of the Worst Generation Pirates, who was revealed to have a massive bounty of 320 million berries.

Surprisingly, Jewelry Bonney shrank and now looks like a kid!
