• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

• 1/4 tsp Onion powder

• 2/3 cup Pumpkin puree

• 2/3 cup Rolled oats

• 1/4 tsp Cardamom

• 1 tsp Garam masala

• 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1/2 tsp Turmeric

• 1/2 tsp Cumin

• 2 tablespoons ground flax mixed with 1/4 cup warm water
