Christ Church Fall Fair Brings Fun And Bargains

The annual Fall Fair at Christ Church -- a festival of food, children’s games and activities, and bargains for shoppers -- will open Friday, October 17, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and continue on October 18, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

New this year, the Underage Band, a group of local musicians aged 9 to 12, will perform on Oct. 18 at 2 p.m.

This year’s event offers jewelry and other treasures in the Boutique and a wide range of merchandise in the White Elephant section. Children and their families will find fun activities and toys and games for sale. People looking for a tasty meal or snack can select from an international menu and home-baked goods. The fund-raiser also offers shoppers an array of sports equipment, tools, light home furnishings and electronics, books and CDs and holiday decorations.
