What’s on TV Thursday

8 P.M. (Lifetime) PROJECT RUNWAY A new crop of 18 aspiring designers — joined by a favorite from a previous season, chosen by fans via Instagram — will compete for $100,000 from Red Robin, a sewing studio from Brother International, an entertainment center from Samsung, a Lexus and a fashion spread in Marie Claire magazine in this 13th season. But the designers must undergo one final step in the audition process before being granted a spot on the show: to offer a preview of what their spring collections would look like if presented at New York Fashion Week. Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Zac Posen return as the judges. And Tim Gunn (above, with Ms. Klum), in his role as mentor, will once again be given the chance to save one designer from elimination. At 10:30, “Undone With @AmandadeCadenet” makes its debut with the model Coco Rocha and the stylist Brad Goreski as guests.
