To reproduce:

Create new customized world and without changing any values, hit the "Defaults" button; Nothing will happen because you are still using the default values. Now change any value, reset the values to default using the "Defaults" button and hit the button again after that, without changing any settings. It will open the popup to reset the settings to default even though they were already set to default.
