There are plenty of reasons to love shopping at Trader Joe’s: helpful employees in Hawaiian shirts, a “no-questions-asked return” policy, and best of all, low prices.

But not everything is a good deal at Trader Joe’s. Our Smart Cookie Sandra Hanna is breaking down what you should and shouldn’t buy at Trader Joe’s.

  • Stock up on high-end frozen meals, but leave the frozen fruit
