The result is the New Balance 496 “Regatta,” featuring a contrasting duo-tone suede upper of vibrant red and teal inspired by the colors of nautical flags and sailing boats. Moving down, the notched white midsole and gum outsole provide a clean counterpoint to the entire silhouette. Details include the rope laces, leather lining, and insole printed with a water graphic.
