“Jeremy and I are extremely excited about our new partnership with Demarest and Kilburn. They bring to the table a unique combination of creative taste and financial resources and have great vision for the future of the business,” said Handfield.
The Combine produced the upcoming feature film Kill the Messenger with Bluegrass Films, to be released by Focus Features in the fall, and is developing Slingshot with FilmNation and Endgame Entertainment as a starring vehicle for Renner, along with King of Heists with Black Bear Pictures.
Said Englebardt of the deal, “Demarest and Kilburn have long sought to back a creative team whose ambitions so closely match our own, so we are thrilled to be partners with The Combine and look forward to helping them bring many projects to fruition.”
CAA brokered the deal with Demarest Films and Kilburn Media on behalf of The Combine.
