Cook Thin Crust Pizza on a Grill


We've covered just about every version of a DIY pizza oven that you can think of, but if you're not up to building an oven yourself, here's how to skip the DIY and cook it on a grill.

You may not think cooking pizza on a grill would be a good idea, but it is possible—. the key is to be very gentle with the dough and slide it onto the grill. Also, using your hands (at the beginning) and tongs (after it gets hotter, instead of a peel, since that will not end well. You also can't load up on toppings for these, either—but that's a small price to pay for a light, easily cooked outdoor pizza.
