My Genius Test-Leadership Styles
There are different types of leadership styles. Not all styles work for everyone. Have you ever worked for a micro-manager?
Or even better…have you ever worked for someone who had no clue about the work you were doing and felt that if you didn’t look ‘busy’ that you weren’t productive?

Or maybe you had the laid back supervisor who was more concerned with how you were feeling than what you were actually doing?
Each of these supervisors has a place on the team, but due to the community of the organization, some people end up taking leadership roles that may not best fit the task at hand.
If management had known what their genius was, they would be more selective in choosing the best leaders for the job.
