Princess Lockerooo, Waacktopia Events Inc. in conjunction with Flavorpill Media will be hosting the first ever World Waacking Championships in SOHO right in the heart of Manhattan, New York City.

This event will be a celebration of the re-emergence of Waacking around the world, a dance that originated in the 1970's and has experienced an international revival with the efforts of Brian "Footwork" Green, Tyrone "The Bone" Proctor (Legendary Soul Train Dancer ) and Princess Lockerooo (So You Think You Can Dance, Madonna, Icona Pop) whom have taught thousands of students all over Asia, Europe, Canada, Australasia and Britain.

This momentous event will feature the top talent in New York City to battle for the ultimate championship title and represent their country. I will be providing the music for the battle and event as well as the After Party.

Special Thank you to FLAVOR PILL STUDIOS on 594 Broadway suite #1212 for providing the WAACK DOWN event space here in New York City.

The ultimate 1 on 1 Freestyle Battle for Waackers – Represent your country, give us glamour, character, fun and performance! Challenge yourself to bring everything you’ve got AND master the music on the spot.

10:30pm – 12:00am The Waackography Contest

Groups of 2 or more will showcase original, theatrical dance pieces expressing their ideas on Waacking while utilizing their own vocabulary and concepts.

With the blessings of Tyrone Proctor and all of her teachers Star Love aka Princess Lockerooo has been leading the way with her hard work and dedication to give others the opportunities she has had through her career in battling internationally. The World Wide Waacking Championships is a way for people from all over the world to represent their Waacking style and get constructive feedback from teachers who are experts on the dance Waacking.
