New details from a Kenner police report in the case of the Destrehan student-teachers three-way investigation.

Accused teachers Rachel Respess and Shelly Durfense remain on house arrest while attorneys ready their case.

Included in their official filings will be Kenner police department’s initial police report taken on September 29th.

Even though the teachers face three charges the police report lists six separate offenses, including indecent behavior with a juvenile and performing sexually immoral acts.

The alleged three way encounter happened after a Friday night football game September 12 at Respess`s apartment.

The report describes those sex acts as “carrying over into the early morning.”

Under alcohol consumed the reporting officer marked ‘yes’

Both teachers were checked for marks, scars and tattoos.

The police report says Dufrense has four tattoo`s including pictures of Tinkerbelle and a cat face.

Respess has a tattoo of infinity with a feather on her right foot. On her left arm the word ‘saudade’ which according to dictionary.com is a brazillion word meaning …A feeling of longing or nostalgia.

The report doesn’t say what type of alcohol was involved or if the 16 year old consumed any.

The night of the alleged encounter was Dufrense 32nd birthday.
