Have you ever tried cutting something with a paper knife? That’s how strong Audi’s exterior facelift is for the 2015 A6 series that our scoops nabbed in S6 sedan form flaunting its heavily wrapped body.

Behind the black and white, swirly-themed foil wrap, there may be a modified grille with reworked corners altered by 1 degree to give a drastically more aggressive posture to the car as well as different lines in the head- and tail-lamp graphics, but please take all this with a grain of sugar.

On a more serious note, we still haven’t seen the interior of the refreshed A6, so perhaps Audi has concentrated more of its efforts inside.

For the S6’s powertrain, we don’t expect any significant changes to the 4.0-liter TFSI twin-turbocharged V8 with 420-horses, as it was introduced into the market in 2012.

In the past couple of months, we’ve spotted Audi testing the A6 Avant (station wagon) and the RS6 Avant out in the open as well.
