It’s been less than a year since James Bond’s last big-screen outing in Spectre, but fans of the franchise have already starting looking forward to what — and who — might come next.

Daniel Craig has not yet said whether or not he’ll return for a fifth turn as the British superspy, and speculation has run rampant on who could potentially succeed him. Idris Elba has answered many a question about whether he’d play Bond. Tom Hiddleston, too. But what if James Bond becomes Jane Bond?

Over the weekend, Gillian Anderson tweeted a fan-made poster calling for her to be the next 007. The image of her superimposed onto a Skyfall one-sheet got more than 27,000 likes and 13,000 retweets. Anderson later called the idea “a fantasy” and added, “Someone made a fabulous poster and it started an intriguing conversation. Will it ever happen in the real world? More than probably not.”

But she’s not the only female star to look beyond being a Bond girl to wanting to be, well, Bond. Inspired by the fan-made poster for Anderson, we made ones for two other leading ladies who’ve voiced interest in the role.

See their posters, and what they said about Bond, below.

“I get that all the time,” Chopra said recently of being told she’d make a great Bond girl. “But f— that — I wanna be Bond.”

“I would like to be James Bond,” Banks told Entertainment Weekly earlier this year when asked about dream roles she’d like to play on screen. And note that she didn’t say Jane Bond or Jamie Bond. That’s James Bond. “Why you gotta change it?” she asked.
