WOW! This is interesting, considering basketballs increasing popularity globally. NBA2K has been an unstoppable franchise, even dethroning EA's NBA LIVE. Simply due to EA's greed, when they purchased the NFL license to prevent 2K from developing NFL licensed football games. In return 2K concentrated all their focus on developing the most realistic basketball games.
