I remember my Maplestory addiction. Like the write said, the game just went downhill after big bang and all the other updates after it. It no longer is that fun and social game that me and my friends played together. The majority of the towns are deserted and there are only certain locations where to train and the uniqueness of the classes are now gone. Nexon went full out P2W. I wish old Maplestory was around, but I moved on to competitive Counter Strike Global Offensive.

I agree with some of what you said but there is a lot that i read that i feel is just reckless bashing on a franchise that you me and everyone loved because the game changed from what it used to be, stop thinking about what it could have been and what it is, did you honestly beleive that Maplestory 2 would have just been a slightly different Maplestory 1 which has been stated to be a completely seperate game by Nexon. Also some things i need to correct you on how is adding another dimension to the world degrading jumping puzzles or combat or any part of this game and also saying how active the combat of Maplestory was when very clearly Maplestory 2's combat would much more so based on the fact that you can actually dodge by moving up down left or right instead of just up and down and the fact that comboing and you said made grinder funner would be even more involved so i don't understand the scepticism. So anyway you may be angry about how the franchise turned out but don't go bashing on everything that tarnishes your memories of what a game used to be. thank you. ....ok I thought it was awesome as well. I really don't see it as a colossal letdown. If Maple Story is still going to be supported and updated as always, then I really don't see a problem in this.

I actually looked up the Tales of Kanzera:Zau a month or so ago because I thought it could be an actual Tales of game but I was very disappointed to find out it is an indie game being published by EA and not an actual Tales of game. Gameplay looks ok but I don’t like the art style. It looks a lot like the recent Prince of Persia game.
