Hourly Forecast
Friday, April 19th, 2024
A line of showers and thunderstorms moved through the Mid-South very early this morning, thankfully causing no damage or major issues. We will be left with a mainly cloudy sky for the rest of our Friday. Cooler air will begin to move in, with highs mainly in the lower 60s through the weekend. Lows will be in the 40s.
A stalled frontal boundary will keep a slight chance for rain in the forecast this weekend as well. Spotty showers are likely through out the day Saturday, ending by late Sunday morning. Any rain that falls will be on the lighter side, and mainly along and south of I-40. Certainly will not be a wash out for outdoor plans, but it is not a bad idea to have an umbrella nearby. Keep an eye on the radar and the hourly forecast with WREG weather app.
We will begin to rebound temperature wise next week, with highs near 70 on Monday. High pressure will keep the forecast dry for the first half of next week as well.
