Hamas spokesmen: No one consulted us regarding Egyptian ceasefire initiative
Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri addressed the Egyptian initiative for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, saying that “We were not updated regarding the Egyptian proposal. We only learned about it through media reports. No one consulted us regarding this initiative."
Meanwhile, Fawzi Barhoum, another Hamas spokesman, said that “the Egyptian initiative is an attempt to defeat us.”
