From USA Today Bestselling Author, Kasey Millstead, comes the third instalment of the #1 Bestselling Down Under Cowboy series.

My decision for moving from Sydney, NSW, to Pine Creek NT, was purely selfish...to begin with.

My best friend, Edie, had gone off on an adventure to find herself, and instead she'd found the love of her life. Not wanting to be left behind, I decided to follow her. I made this choice for a few reasons. First, I didn't want to be without my best friend. Second, I'd slept with my boss, and trust me, once that happens, shit just gets awkward! And third, on a visit with Edie, I'd met a man.

Clay Forde.

A hunk of Aussie, crocodile egg collecting, cowboy, badass, hotness.

We had a one-night stand...and then another one when I visited again.

Then, I found out I was pregnant.

So now, moving to the Northern Territory wasn't just about me escaping the awkwardness at work, or tagging along with my best friend. It was about developing a relationship with a man I hardly knew, who I was about to have a baby with.

I'm loathe to admit it, but I'm scared and I'm nervous. But most of all, I'm petrified he's going to reject me. Because even though our 'relationship' so far has been limited to two sexual encounters, I can't help the feelings that have taken root in my bones...feelings for Clay. And the worst part is, I don't even know if he feels an inkling of what I do.

Cowboy Dreams is the 3rd installment of the #1 Bestselling Down Under Cowboy series. Each book can be read as a stand alone as each of books is about interconnecting characters and they all have happy ever afters. However, the author recommends they be read in order to avoid spoilers.

***ONE STAR***
The first book in this series was pretty cute. The second in the series, had some hot moments, but lost a star for the weird factor, and this one was just not my cuppa. At ALL. My advice if you want to start this one after the previous two?

My biggest pet peeves are annoying, bitchy and slutty heroines. That pretty much describes Julia to a “T”. Julia loses her job for boning her loser boss. Then she has random sex with a complete stranger out of town and gets knocked up by him, but then decides she won’t tell him because she KNOWS he won’t want anything to do with her or the baby at all.

You see, this author’s leading ladies all have the same problem. They refuse to talk to their male counterparts about what’s bugging them, and if they HAD talked to them to begin with about all of their problems and worries, everything would have been resolved immediately. But that never happens with these ladies. It gets to be really fucking annoying after a while.

Julia was really hard for me to like as a person. She’s abrasive as hell, continually rude and bitchy to her baby’s daddy for no reason, and she seriously started off on the wrong foot by peeing in the yard in the beginning of this story. WTH? She’s such and asshat that even Eden and Ava finally get after her and tell her to pull her head out of her ass towards the ending of the story.

Clay is a really good guy. And his phone sex is hot as hell. He seems a bit dense though. He hooks up with some random chick, see her preggo months later and instantly assumes the baby is HIS, even though Julia tells him the baby isn't his. He doesn't believe her, he just KNOWS this is HIS baby, because Julia couldn't possibly be the slut she was with him again with any other men. He spoils Julia rotten through the entire story, even though she’s a constant asshole back to him. I kind of wanted to pop him in the back of the head and tell him to move the fuck onto someone else who will appreciate him.

The story was blah, the heroine sucked ass, and even though this all wrapped up in a nice little HEA with a marriage and a baby, it wasn't good. I'm definitely finished with this series.

I love me some cowboys, and there’s none better than Kasey Millstead’s Australian ones. In Books 1 and 2, readers are introduced to Jackson and Jeremy Henley. The Henley brothers are hot as hell alpha males who work and play hard, and Clay Forde, the hero of Book 3, falls into that category as well. Clay exudes all of the best qualities of a gentleman while keeping his sexy, dominant nature alive as well. When he finds out that Jules is carrying his child, he steps up in a big way, not only for his child but also for the woman who captured his heart after only two encounters. But Jules fear of rejection has her protecting her heart a little too well, so it’s going to take Clay a few talks and a few orgasms to help her understand what he’s truly offering her.
Clay Forde is definitely the cowboy of Jules’ dreams; in fact, I think he could probably star in every readers’ dreams as well;) He’s passionate, caring, sweet, strong, and sexy. He doesn’t just tell Jules that he’s all in; he shows her day in and day out that she can trust him to take care of her and their child. He is a truly swoon worthy hero. Jules rocks as a heroine. I love her sass and her strength. She gives of herself so freely for those she loves, and I love the fact that after helping Edie find her happily ever after, she gets her own as well.

I love the Down Under Cowboys Series. Each book has a kickass hero and heroine who stir each other up in more ways than one. The storylines are sweet and sexy with a bit of angst in the mix. Another aspect of the series that I enjoy is that readers get to catch up with the main characters of past books and see what they’re up to and how their lives have progressed, which always makes the series that much more enjoyable to read. Cowboy Dreams is a charming and fast paced read that makes me want to head Down Under and see if I can wrangle myself one of those Australian cowboys.

Wanna know what's better than a cowboy? An AUSTRALIAN cowboy!! How is it that I am just now reading the Down Under Cowboys series? And, moreover, could there be a better double entendre for the series title? Yeah, no. It's awesome. Kinda like Clay Forde, croc-egg hunter and perfect man candidate.

When Jules met Clay on a trip to the Northern Territory to visit her best friend Edie, she wasn't expecting anything more than a one time thing. That became a two time thing on her next visit. Now, she's pregnant and the sexy cowboy is the father. Sure, she has feelings for him - who wouldn't? - but she's not going to force herself or her baby on him. Jules is moving to the NT to be close to Edie and to see if she can make this unconventional relationship work...but only if Clay is willing to try.

Man, this book had me homesick. I'm not even from the Northern Territory (I'm a Victorian and proud of it) but still the Aussie slang and references had this expat pining for a Vegemite sandwich and a game of footy. And I loved every minute of it. I really enjoyed this book, especially the very funny but kinda blind Jules and especially the pierced, thoughtful Clay. The story was simple enough and there wasn't any true conflict - I never felt like I wasn't going to get a HEA, which is totally fine by me. I am a HEA-junkie, after all. I liked Jules' perspective on life. The only thing I would have changed would have been to see a little more of Clay's point of view. There were a few instances of it early in the book, but then it switched back to solely Jules' POV and for that, I'm a little sad. Not because I didn't love Jules but because it was interesting seeing both sides of a situation, a moment. No matter, it didn't detract from the story nor from my overall enjoyment of it. I haven't read the other books in this series...yet. I didn't need to to follow the story, but I suspect it would have only made it better if I had. You can bet I will be reading them though, and soon. Because, AUSTRALIAN COWBOYS.

This is the third book in the Down Under Series and can be read as a standalone, no cliffhanger.

This has to be one of the best books I've read so far. It was amazingly funny, sweet, sizzling hot sexy book and it deserves 5+++ stars!! Not only will have you laughing out loud but it will also have you swooning over Clay and he will leave you in "puddles".. This book has it all: humor, just a little drama, sex, passion and love!! You will not regret reading it and if anything you will want to look for what Kasey Millstead will be bringing us next because I sure will!

Julia Ramsay aka Jules to everyone will have you rolling hard with laughter at some of her comments that have no filter especially more know that she's pregnant. She's afraid to let Clay know that she's pregnant because in the previous books they decided that it was a one time thing with no strings attached and she doesn't want to experience rejection from him. Well like life, nothing really goes according to how we want it to well the same goes for Jules because when she sees Clay for the first time since finding out she was pregnant the ball starts rolling and it doesn't stop until the end. She has this misconception that Clay wants nothing to do with her but only with the baby and at times I wanted to smack some sense into her because Clay was so obvious with what he wanted from her. Jules is a hoot and I loved her sassy spunky self!

Clay, what a sexy Australian Cowboy making me wish we had some here in Texas :-) Once Clay realizes Jules is pregnant he instantly knows that is his baby, "Instantly, I know it's mine. I'm fucking pissed. Even more pissed when she stands up and I see the perfect swell of her stomach. She's pregnant, a lot pregnant, and it's mine." This sexy Australian cowboy will stop at nothing to make sure he shows Jules how he feels about her, the baby, what he wants from her and for how long. Once of the most touching scenes had me getting all chocked up, "I lower my head just a little more until my lips make contact with Jule's soft, stretched skin. That's when I feel it. The knock against my lips. Holy fuck my kid just kicked me!"

Now there is plenty of sexiness in this book and the sex scenes where HOT that had me squirming and fanning myself. "Hold on to the vanity, baby........His fingers disappear and I feel his cock at my entrance, right before he sinks into me. Arching my back to him further, I let out a low groan. His piercing scrapes along every nerve ending and I beg for more....You're so fucking sexy, Jules he grunts as he continues pounding into me from behind." I wont give out more because I want you to experience how AMAZING this book was just like I experienced it!

4.5 SIZZLING STARS!

This book was amazing. This is the third novel in this series. This series is awesome with some very sexy Aussie ranchers and some sweet girls who make these playboys fall to their knees!

In this installment, we have Clay and Jules Story. Clay and Jules had a one night stand (well two if you count the second time). Neither were looking for commitment at the time (or so they thought) so they moved on. Five months later after Jules returns, she has a surprise. She is pregnant with Clay's baby and has not told him or seen him yet. She is back because her best friend just had a baby (yes from a previous book, squee!) and because she kind of slept with her boss and then it went sour! So what is a girl to do? Try to steer clear of Clay.

Clay can't forget Jules. She has been on his mind since they had the hot one (two) night stands. He knew she was the one but she went home so he didn't pursue her. When he finds out she is back and moving there, he is excited but what he doesn't expect is to see a very obviously pregnant Jules. Clay feels a connection when he sees her again and realizes this is his baby. He wants the baby and Jules but first he will have to convince her.

Will Jules give Clay a chance to prove he is all in? Will Jules let go of her walls around her heart and accept that Clay wants her and the baby? Can Clay manage a way to break through Jules walls? Can these two get their HEA?

I loved Clay. He was so understanding, sweet, loving, loyal, bossy at times, and wanted to make sure Jules knew it. I liked Jules but I wanted to smack her a few times. Seriously! She could not get her head out of her butt to see what was right in front of her! I loved the ending and can't wait for the next installment in this series!

I recommend this book to everyone though you should read the first two books in the series because while they are standalones with no cliffhangers, you see characters from, previous books!

i was given an arc in exchange for an honest review.

i'm totally speechless, i have no idea where to start, i read the first 2 books and they left me gasping for the 3rd one and left me tell you i am not disappointed at all.

i swear these boys get hotter in every book and the sex gets steamier, and when one of them has a piercing that will hit you in the right spot, you know you have hit the jackpot!

Book 3 concentrates more on the relationship between Jules who you meet in both book 1 and 2 as Edie's bff, and her love interest Clay.

These two think they know what the other wants and thats a passionate one night stand, however both fall for one and another and wants that little bit more. Jules think she know what Clay is about and is just some player who isn't going to take her news very well.

Everyone remember Oscar? super cute right and just blurts out everything........ well who do you think tells Clay Jules news? ( Thats my little teaser for you)

Book 3 picks up from the end of book 1 and then goes through book 2 in places, its beautifully written and works extremely well. I really enjoy this aspect of the book and its story as no-one is left out and its lovely to see how they are all friends.

I will leave you with some questions though,

- What is it that Jules is hiding from everyone?
-Will her and Clay get together?
-Will there be HEA's all around?

i can not encourage enough how good this series is! If cowboys isn't enough of a reason..... well their Cowboys with Aussie accents!! Thats beyond fricken hot!!!!!

Congrats Kasey on a smash hit once again and thank you for letting me have a copy in advance, make my flight home so much better xxxxx

I think out of all the books in this series, this one wasn't a favorite of mine.

Jules is Eden's best friend. After visiting twice to Pine Creek and the awkward situation she finds herself in at work she decides to move to be close by her friend. However, there is a little secret that Jules is hiding from her friends and from Clay, the man she had a one-night stand with both times she was visiting her friend.

Clay is kind of a new character introduced in this book. He is only mentioned one other time in the first book but that's all we know about him. He wasn't Jules, but he thinks she only looking for a short term fling. After discovering Jules has moved to Pine Creek and has been hiding a big secret from him, he sets about to show Jules he's looking for something long term and a family.

I think one of the reasons I didn't like this story too much was because Jules was a contradicting character. She kept calling Eden out with her relationship with Jackson and told her she didn't need to hide herself away and needed to open herself up. However, when it comes to her own relationship, she has to be the dumbest woman I have ever met. It's like she's blind to the fact that any man could want her for her. She was just one of those characters I couldn't connect with and wanted to slap her plenty of times throughout the book.

Julia (Jules) is making some major changes in her life. She leaves her job, moves from Sydney to Northern Plains but no change is bigger than the one she gets when she pees on a little stick and two pink lines appear. Julia doesn't know what to do I mean how do out tell a man that you have only been with twice and that flat out told her it was a “one time deal” that he is about to become a daddy? Edie is Julia’s best friend and is just having her first baby. When Jules goes to see Edie to support her during her birthing process she finds another surprise the baby came without her. Edie gets a surprise of her own when she sees Jules’s belly bump. How could her best friend not tell her she was preggers? Who is the father? Clay is stunned when he sees Jules again but nothing beats the shock of learning she is pregnant. He instantly knows the baby is his and knows what he wants. Clay pulls out all the stops to try and get Jules to open up to him. Will she be able to let down her walls long enough to see what is right in front of her. Or will her stubbornness keep her from being happy? While this is a wonderful romance story it does have it fill of would be tragedies, sadness and laughs as well. Over all great read!

I loved Clay right off, especially after the way he showed how much Jules meant to him, "she's been crying. Something detonates in my gut and I feel an overwhelming urge to protect her. To take away all her pain. Even though I was most likely the cause of it." He's also a trooper when it comes to the kitchen and helping out, "baby, if you want to stand beside me and lean over me, rubbing your ti*s against my arm while you teach me to shred chicken, I'm down with that." He's honest and I think sometimes the boy enjoys embarrassing her just a little, "better get started on tea, babe. Staring at my arse all day ain't gonna feed the herd you got coming in a couple of hours." He's a good man he also knows when to hightail his a** home, "don't like being in another state away when my woman is pi**ed at me," he answers simply." I also just found out there's going to be a couple of more books in this series and I'm so damn excited and can't wait because I love these hot yum yum cowboys.

I really enjoyed the first book in this series, number two not as much and this one not at all. It was only 200 pages but felt a lot shorter and only took me an hour to read. I felt like there was no character development and so the way Jules and Clay behaved made no sense to me at all. It's a shame the author didn't give us more insight into their histories so that their actions could have been better understood. In book #1 there was a lot of drama but this book felt like one short snooze-fest. There was NO drama, no real misunderstandings (unless you count how incredibly dense Jules was), no surprises, nothing. The whole time I was reading it was like I could hear a heart monitor that had flatlined going off in my head. And what the heck is up with the flashback to when Jules and Clay first met?! I mean, seriously, are there really women out there that would do that?

Kasey you have written another beautiful romantic love story with all our favourite characters making appearances.
Clay is such a beautiful aussie cowboy that most men could take a few pointers from. And Jules, gosh she is funny. Throughout this story we see a more vulnerable side to Jules which just makes us love her more.
Oscar.... That little boy has a special place in my heart. He has me wrapped around his little finger just like all the other characters in this series. Every time I see Thomas the train engine, I think of him.
Once again this is a beautiful love story. Thank you Kasey for providing us with this edition to the series but something that I love even more is I read a love story with no cheating and no love triangles. Just a sweet talking, hot Aussie Cowboy who knows what he wants and plans to make it happen.

This was the book I had been waiting for since the end of the first one. Love love love Jules :-) She makes you laugh out loud with some of the things she says. After deciding she need to make a change in her life Jules heads to Pine Creek where her best friend Eden lives. What no one knows is Jules is bringing a surprise with her. After having a one night stand with hot cowboy Clay Forde she discovers she's pregnant. The chemistry between these two is super charged. If a book could burn from the words on the pages this one would've been ash is seconds. Loved this one I believe its my favorite so far from the series. All the books bring something unique to the table and that's what makes this series so great. I highly recommend this series to anyone. I will definitely be re-reading it :-)

I loved Cowboy Dreams! The timeline of the story goes along with Sky Cowboy, and it is great because you get to experience another couple. The events that rocked you in Sky Cowboy, you get to feel how it effected Jules and Clay. The bond that they share is amazing, and Kasey never fails to deliver a love story that melts your heart. I absolutely love this series and hope that there are more to come. Kasey Freaking rocks!!!

I felt this book was a book in allowing those around you to figure out things for themselves rather than pushing them. Clay was patient & very wonderful in how he got Jules to understand herself & how Clay actually felt about her. Instead of keeping walls up & feelings of being scared.

Thank-You

This book is a great addition to this series that I really do love. Each book has a really great female lead and a male lead that you just adore instantly. When the two get together you know that sparks will fly and it's going to be one heck of a ride.

Cowboy Dreams focuses on Jules and Clay. Jules we have seen in previous books of the series and know that she is a feisty and sassy friend of Edie, but in this book, we see the more reserved side and true makeup of Jules. She finds out that she is pregnant with Clays baby and although she moves to the same town as him, finds herself avoiding him through fear of his rejection of her and their baby. This fear has her walls up and her heart well protected from Clay. He really has his work cutout to make her see how he really feels.

Clay is another embodiment of the perfect cowboy and book male. He is sweet, caring , passionate and sexy but still retains this alpha persona that we are all drawn to in books. He shows Jules his caring side while still showing his dominant side too.. after all, this is going to be needed to convince Jules about him. He knows that with Jules, actions speak louder than words so he has show her each day that he wants her and their baby, he wants everything with them and is in all the way. He really is a great guy and one I loved to read about.

These two compliment each other so well and the twists and situations in the book help to cement the fact that they work well together and are what each other needs. Each and every couple in this series will capture your heart and you cant help but love and follow each of their journeys. What I love about Kasey Millstead books is that I can easily got lost in them. I read it and know that I'm going to love it. This series is no different. They truly are great stories and this installment of them blends in beautifully while providing us with a sweet and intriguing storyline, while also giving us some truly loveable characters. Cannot wait for the next one, LOVE these cowboys!

Cowboy Dreams (Down Under Cowboys #3)
By: Kasey Millstead
4/5 stars

This is Jules & Clay’s story, that actually takes place before the Christmas novella in the Down Under Cowboys series. At first, that was a little confusing since I read all the previous books just before this one was released.

In the second book, when Edie and Jackson are in the hospital after having given birth to Olive; Ava and Jeremy are also visiting when Jules arrives at the hospital and there is the whole “What the Hell?!” moments between Jules & Edie. That is just about where the third book picks up, which is a whole year to year and a half before the Cowboy Christmas novella.

Jules and Clay have had 2 one-night stands… and the second one ended up with a parting gift… a pregnancy. Jules and Clay both wanted more from the other, but never said anything because they each thought the other only wanted a one-nighter.

After selling her house and packing all her belongings, Jules moves to Pine Creek to be near her best friend Edie and also to be near Clay, her baby daddy, and to give him the option to be in the babies’ life. But Clay wants more than that, and he has to get Jules to see that and accept that on her own.

Jules is so worried that Clay is only “trying to what’s right” by her and that he doesn’t really want her, just the baby. And Clay keeps telling her to pay attention to the words he says and to his actions and that she will see the truth, know it and come to accept it.

Clay is such a patient, quiet, sweet, strong, handsome man who loves and commits deeply. He goes out of his way to develop a relationship with Jules’ parents since he lost his at such a young age. He is going to make a great father.

I liked that we got to see quite a bit of Edie & Jackson and Ava, Jeremy & Oscar in this book as well, and am looking forward to seeing more of all of these characters.

3.5 Baby Momma Stars

So I feel at a disadvantage here. And it is all my fault. This is the third in the series and I highly recommend reading the first two first. I did not. I think that was a mistake.

Jules is pregnant and moving to the Northern Territory. She hasn't told the baby daddy. She knows he was just about a one-night stand not a life long commitment that comes with a baby.

Clay is a tall sexy Aussie cowboy. What else do I need to say. He was taken with Jules the first time he...well...took her. Now she is back in his part of the world, he wants her back in his life. But Jules is reluctant. Does he want her or just to be a part of the baby's life.

...if you think he's worth it, then why deny yourself the fullness that he's sure to give you? Don't waste time, hon. Life's too short.

There are lots of catching up on the couples from the first two books. And let me tell you these are some fertile people! This is a fun fast read that will have you wanting to hop a plane and find your Aussie cowboy.

This is the 3rd book in the Down Under Cowboy series. This is about Jules and Clay.

Jules is from Sydney and best friends with Evie. When Evie moved to Pine Creek, Jules came to visit and had a one-night stand with a sexy cowboy twice. This second resulted in Jules being pregnant, she has not told anyone but is moving to Pine Creek. She is not sure how Clay is going to react when he finds out.

Clay finds out that Jules is pregnant and is moving to Pine Creek. He will do anything to show Jules that he is the person for her and will take care of her and the baby. He just needs to convince Jules of this.

With some persuasion from Jules' parents she can start to see what Clay is she needs.

This story is one hot steamy and sexy story that shows how two people can grow and show that they are right for each other. Kasey Millstead writes some sexy Cowboys and hot women who fall for them.

Can't wait for the next story to show how these couples keep it together.

Jules is the one woman you'd want on your team, cos she's loyal and sticks by her friends fiercely loving them, but when it comes to anyone loving her she has walls up and doubts that are there to protect herself. When she unexpectedly finds herself pregnant to the cowboy she is unknowingly in love with, she decides to move to the Northern Territory to be near her best friend Edie, and her cowboy daddy Clay. He has his work cut out for him tearing Jules walls down, leaving her to figure it out for herself that he loves her too. It takes her awhile , but she gets there.
Having Edie, Jackson, Ava and Jeremy in around is great catching up with these guys always is.

My god Kasey Millstead does it again. in the thrid installment of her yummy cowboys we get more into Jules and Clay, Jules is eden's best friend there more like sisters and after what she does in sydney at her old job she finds it's time for a change and to move to pine creeek where eden is.

Clay another hot wicked cowboy hooked up with Jules the 2 times that she came to visit and is unaware that she is moving back permenatly and that she has a suprise as well. he has wanted more from her but jules doesn't think that he does want her more in the commitment way.

Well you have to read to see what happens to the between the 2 of them you will not be dissapointed.

I fell in love with the Northern Territory through Jackson and Jeremy. I fell for Clay through Jules. Jules decides to move to be near her BFF - especially since she's gonna be a mama sooner rather than later. She's keeping daddy a secret...from EVERYONE. Imagine his surprise when he see's her - he doesn't even know she's in town, much less completely relocated. The story is based on assumptions on Jules' part and Clay getting her to trust he wants her for her - not out of duty. This was a great read and compliments the series nicely. Kasey's books keep getting better and better, and I look forward to each one.

3 ½ to 4 Star Series! Review for the full series with no spoilers
This series comes with a fair warning that will make you blush and is full of hot Aussie Cowboys from down under. I am not a huge fan on sexy smut type reads but getting past all the mature rated type themes, the stories were ok. I love to learn Aussie talk and fell in love with each of the characters. Each story will give their POV’s and fill in the gaps throughout each book.

Cowboy Town: Eden Cross & Jackson Henley’s story
Sky Cowboy: Ava Crawley & Jeremy Henley’s story
Cowboy Dreams: Clay Forde & Julia’s story

This is the third book in the Down Under Cowboy series and I was lucky enough to be gifted a copy of this one.

I've read all three books in this series and this has been my favourite book so far! It was a great fun read and I finished it in a few hours in one sitting.

This book had great characters, romance and a HEA. Whilst reading the first two books would be advised as this one leads on from the first two, this can be read as a stand alone.

It was great to see that Kasey is planning more stories for this series and I can't wait for more from these hot cowboys.

I really enjoyed this book which is probably why I'm so conflicted. I really want to give this series higher ratings. Each story is unique and have a different story line . The theme is different. Its amazing. My problem is that the books end before you ever really get to male a connection with the characters. its too rushed . That disappoints me because these stories have a lot of potential. They could be great. I really want to rate them higher bit it would be and insult put them on the same level as my 4 and 5 star books. Evenso I really did enjoy reading this book .
