The woman who secretly recorded the racist rants of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling — leading to his lifetime ban from the NBA — told reporters that she wanted to be President.

V. Stiviano, 31 — the former mistress of the 80-year-old billionaire — made the bizarre comments on Tuesday, a few hours after she clumsily roller skated past the media camped outside her home.

“One day, I will become President of the United States of America, and I will change the legislation and laws,” Stiviano, who was wearing a tinted visor to hide her face, told KABC-TV.

“Modern day history. Civil rights movement.”

Stiviano spoke after several odd encounters with the media camped outside her home during the same day NBA Commissioner Adam Silver permanently banned Sterling from the league for his foul attack on African-Americans.

Silver, who also imposed a $2.5 million fine against the basketball bigot, said Sterling expressed no remorse over the racist comments made public by TMZ on Saturday.

Stiviano’s lawyer, Mac Nehoray, told the Los Angeles Times that the woman recorded Sterling’s anti-black rant, but maintained she had nothing to do with giving the audio clip to the gossip website.

“My client is devastated that this got out,” Nehoray told the paper.

Stiviano — who often sat next to Sterling courtside during the games — believes she knows who got a copy of the audio, which was likely given to the website for money, Nehoray said.

Nehoray also claimed that his client never had a sexual relationship with Sterling, who has been married to his wife, Rochelle, for more than 50 years.

Sterling’s wife filed a lawsuit against Stiviano in March as part of an effort to reclaim a $1.8 million apartment, luxury cars and a large sum of cash the Clippers owner allegedly gave her.
