1.Keep focused on the problem
We all have to face problems when we are on job especially part time job.One issue 
many students face is they are nervous or unsure when dealing with customers many 
years older than themselves.So some of the students think that it is a minor problem 
and they do not care much about it but the acual thing is you must learn how to face
these type of problems.

2.Goals
Goals do not have to be just about hitting numbers; you should also set developmental 
goals with your sales people.Always remember your goal because it will help you as you
will feel much energetic whenever you think about achieving it.

3.Sales team
Be kind with your sales team and treat them like your family only then they will also 
think about your profit otherwise you willbe betrayed if you do not pay attention. With 
your sales team at the heart of your business, it?s important to keep them in constant 
development in terms of industry, product, and sales knowledge
