At the 41st Annual Westchester Regional EMS Awards Ceremony held Monday night, three members of the Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps received recognition.
Honored were Registered Professional Nurse of Excellence Phil Dinkler, Phelps Memorial Hospital Center; Steve Giampiccolo, Life Saving Citation for a call he was on with Empress EMS; and EMS Youth Provider of the Year Heather Kalish.
