Ronan’s hairstylist Adir Abergel was inspired by the eye-catching details of her dress, “I wanted to give her an undone, textured blowout with a brushed-out, beautiful wave hand-raked back away from the face,” he said. To get the look, the celebrity hairstylist first applied John Frieda Luxurious Volume Perfectly Full Mousse ($7; drugstore.com) to the roots of Ronan’s towel-dried hair and then air-dried her hair with 100 percent cold air for a boost of volume. Then, he applied hot hair to dry and form the style using a medium-sized round brush. Before removing the rollers, Abergel gave them a generous spritz of John Frieda Luxurious Volume Forever Full Hairspray ($7; drugstore.com) to set the curls. Once he removed the rollers, he applied more spray to his Mason Pearson brush and brush out the curls into soft waves. Then, Abergel backcombed the front pieces of Ronan’s hair to create height for a sexy side-swept effect. Finally, he misted Ronan’s hair again with John Frieda Luxurious Volume Forever Fully Hairspray to lock in the style.
