Trump guilty, Biden’s Ukraine weapons shift and India heatwave

South Africa election, Biden’s nuclear push and Latin America climate case

South Africa election, Biden’s nuclear push and Latin America climate case

Early projections from South Africa indicate the governing African National Congress will fall short of a majority for the first time since coming to power after the end of apartheid. Fourteen Hong Kong pro-democracy activists have been found guilty in a landmark subversion trial that critics say could deal another blow to the city's rule of law. The White House is looking at ways to support the development of new US nuclear power plants in a bid to meet climate targets. Latin America's human rights court has held a final hearing in a case looking at what countries must do to combat climate change.

Debt - Paul Krugman joins our new economics podcast

Debt - Paul Krugman joins our new economics podcast

US government debt isn't a crisis to Paul Krugman. The Nobel laureate has long argued that history and arithmetic suggest a crisis is unlikely. But does that hold true in other countries around the world? Can they live with the levels of debt that have become the norm, or is there a nasty shock or full-blown crisis in the offing? Krugman joins host Carmel Crimmins to talk global debt, spending and the politics driving decision-making. Plus, we take a ride on a Berlin commuter train for a real world look at the downside of balancing the books.

Rafah camp strike, Papua New Guinea landslide and elephant greetings

An Israeli airstrike has triggered a fire that has killed 45 people in a tent camp in the Gazan city of Rafah, prompting an outcry from global leaders. Thousands of residents have been ordered to evacuate from the path of a still-active landslide in Papua New Guinea, after parts of a mountain collapsed with more than 2,000 people buried. A study of African savannah elephants shows how their greetings to each other can be as complex as humans. Also, closing arguments are due to take place in Donald Trump's criminal trial. Unbiased

Search Reuters up on bias rating sites if you want. They are the most credible/unbiased news source I have seen so far. MUCH, MUCH better than what you'd see on hyperbiased "news" sources like Fox News, CNN, or heck, The New York Times.
