White Plains Man Arrested in Irvington on Drug-Selling Charges

Police said the man allegedly sold drugs to students in the area.

A month-long investigation by the Greenburgh Drug & Alcohol Task Force led to the arrest Friday in Irvington of a White Plains man on drug charges.

Terron Fleming, 40, faces two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies.

Fleming, who police said is also known as “Cartel Inc.,” allegedly sold cocaine and was in possession of pot, for which he was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

He is currently on parole after serving a prison term for similar charges.

Fleming was arrested first on Main Street in Irvington for the alleged marijuana possession and was turned over to Tarrytown Police for the cocaine-related charges.

The case grew from numerous complaints that had been received by the Irvington and Tarrytown police departments.

Police said they believe Fleming has sold cocaine and marijuana to area school district students.
