Scarlett scores $2.2M Hamptons home

Starlet Scarlett Johansson — in the news this week for a hotly anticipated/denounced/banned Super Bowl SodaStream ad — just bought a home in Amagansett on Shipwreck Drive, which was asking $2.2 million.

The two-story, four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom traditional shingled beach house was custom-built in 1999. It’s a roomy 3,500 square feet and comes with a heated outdoor pool on 1.4 acres. The listing describes the Amagansett Dunes home as “very private,” with deeded ocean access and touching the Peconic Land Trust.

Inside, the home features wide pine floors and access from sliding doors to “endless decking” and a “sun-soaked pool area.” The master bedroom comes with its own private balcony and fireplace. The three guest bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a Viking range and large island that flows into the dining area to make for easy entertaining.

SodaStream, by the way, had to censor the ad: It dissed Pepsi, which is a major sponsor of the Super Bowl’s halftime.
