Setting up DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash and Arrow crossover is slated to bring numerous heroes together to take on Vandal (Casper Crump). According to the loglines, in “Legends of Today,” the first hour of the two-night event, Vandal arrives in Central City to attack Kendra (Ciara Renée), so Cisco (Carlos Valdes) enlists Barry (Grant Gustin) to protect her by taking her to Star City. But Carter has other plans for his long-lost love. Hour two, “Legends of Yesterday,” finds Barry and Oliver (Stephen Amell) hiding Kendra and Carter Hall from Vandal while they search for a way to defeat him. Malcolm (John Barrowman) then arranges a meeting between Vandal, the Green Arrow and The Flash that will definitely not go as planned.
