Jude Law

Jude Law is an English actor. He first gained recognition in the 1999 film The Talented Mr. Ripley, which he followed with starring roles in several popular films, including 2001's Enemy at the Gates, 2001's A.I. Artificial Intelligence, 2002's Road to Perdition, 2003's Cold Mountain, 2004's Closer, 2006's The Holiday, 2011's Contagion and 2011's Hugo. His most famous films include 2009's Sherlock Holmes, 2011's Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, 2018's Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, 2019's Captain Marvel and 2022's Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. Law is also known for portraying Pope Pius XIII in the television series The Young Pope (2016) and The New Pope (2020). He was also named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive in 2004.
