Fascinating concept: the “Soulaterre” aquascape of the super talented French aquascaper Swee Lim Cheah is a bold, 120cm long painting/model of earth surface’s cross section. True that half of it is dark space, and there are some details that are hard to explain (like the bright root on the right, at the front glass or the see-through hole beneath it) – still this scape amazes me both conceptually and technically. Swee is also setting up display tanks for Tropica. BIGUPS!!

(Maybe he did not add fish because he was afraid that they’d swim in the conceptually wrong sub-terrestrial part of the aquarium :)
