White House Pays Up for Canada Beer Bet

According to the playful Twitter back-and-forth between the Canadian embassy press staff and the National Security Council press staff, the two cases of White House beer owed to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper have made their way down Pennsylvania Avenue to the Canadian Embassy in Washington.

President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Harper made a friendly bet over the women's Olympic hockey final while both were in Mexico for the North American Leaders' Summit.
