Generally a difficult to navigate app with a complex interface. I find it challenging to find my free monthly games and also search for games I might want to buy. The trailers for games often freeze and have other issues. Recently I tried to change from a password to their access key and it is impossible to sign on to the app with this feature in place. It gives a QR phone, on my phone, to scan with my phone...ridiculous. I had to log in on my computer to remove the passkey.

Works half of the time. Mind as well be none of the time. With the new passkey system, my whole app is messed up. Stars just went away, clips often don't upload or send properly, I can't use the store and the issues go on and on. I deleted and re-installed it because when I logged out and now I can't get back in. Infinite loading screen. Terrible.

For the past few months I haven't been able to log in to the app. If there's a solution online, I've tried it and nothing has worked. Constantly get: The connectioni to the server has timed out. Tons of posts and videos about this but haven't found one that works. Can log in to my Playstation Account on PC with Firefox but can't log in to the PS App on my Pixel 6a.
