Waiting to see what kind of Google Glass clone Apple with "innovate" and patent as their own.

Really. I find that hard to believe. People are forking out quite a lot of money constantly replacing iPhone screens because they're always cracking. Wearable tech just seems to be asking for more of the same. I'd hate to fork out a hefty bill for Google Glass, only to have some jerk knock them off my head and break them. More trouble than it's worth if you ask me.

Wearable is so 2013. We are moving up to hearable tech soon, which will be a small device in your ear (looking like a hearing aid), that will hear your instructions and answer to you. For example, when asking directions while driving. Certainly safer than all these drivers looking at the navi on their iphones.

This is a poor attempt at a good article. All useless information, it just tells us what we already know. Come on give a little more info on the wearable tech that is getting popular. Glass has been around the news so much it is not news anymore, Sony and Samsung have been in the news enough too. What else? Tell us about the large spectrum of devices you mentioned. What are those? What do they do? Don't regurgitate old news. Wow Google, Sony, and Samsung!

And the number of establishments banning it increases. It's not viable if all it is is a privacy vacuum.

I disagree. I am an iPhone and Apple fan but don't wear Apple clothing for a reason, it'd be stupid and I'd be embarrassed. If I had an Apple watch I'd always be conscious of people judging me for being a fanboi. If it serves no useful purpose that my phone doesn't already serve, I won't even buy one as a curiosity.

They are free to try to get me to change my mind of course.
