Two men attempted to steal MMA fighter Monique Bastos and her friends' phones while they were on their way to training in Acailandia, Brazil. Too bad the guys didn't know she could beat the hell out of them and put them in a choke hold.
After noticing they were unarmed, Bastos told MMAFighting.com, "I lifted the rear wheel of the bike and they fell on the ground. The guy who took my phone ran away, but I was able to get the other one."
And "get him," she did. She happily held him in a triangle choke for 15 minutes until the police arrived, while he freaked out and cried uncle. Meanwhile, her friends went through the guy's wallet to ID him.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time she had to fight off guys on the street. She said, "I’ve been through this a few times before, and it’s the second time I fought back."
