Remember Your Local Hero for Memorial Day on Peekskill Patch

Do you have a family member who served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or National Guard? Why not honor your loved one this Memorial Day by sharing their story with our Patch readers. Let’s remember all of the brave men and women who served our country by recognizing them on Patch.

Here is how to share your loved one’s story:

1. Email a jpeg photo to wendy.mitchell@patch.com
2. In the subject line, write your town’s name. Ex: “Anytown Memorial Day Hero”
3. All in one email, along with the photo, please send the following information:

• Hero’s name
• Date of birth/death
• Rank, branch and years served
• War/place served
• Town and state they’re from
