Eden Hazard praises Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard believes manager Jose Mourinho has transformed him into a team player, and praises him for being "very close" to his players.

Belgian Hazard has been in fine form for the Blues this season, scoring 11 goals in 34 appearances.
