  • 2 cups thin slivers jicama

  • 2 cups cubed honeydew melon

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions
