Kardashians on Armenia Vacation

The Kardashians Cause Major Mayhem After Touching Down in Armenia

Kim and Khloé learned about the genocide memorial.

The Kardashians have landed! The reality TV family touched down in Armenia on Wednesday just ahead of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, which will be commemorated on April 24. Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney's late father, Robert Kardashian, was born to Armenian-American parents, and his great-grandparents were Armenian immigrants from Turkey. Kim expressed her excitement that both North and Kanye West will get to "see my heritage and learn about my ancestors" during the trip, which is actually way more important than just the press frenzy it appears to be.

After catching their flight out of LAX in style, the sisters were greeted by a large group of enthusiastic fans when they arrived at their hotel. Kim and Khloé have already visited the Surp Grigor Lusavorich Cathedral and had a meeting with Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. Kim later took Kanye and North to visit a sacred Armenian church, and on Friday Kim and Khloé visited the genocide memorial.

Kourtney is expected to join the family later with her boyfriend, Scott Disick, and their three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. The family vacation, which also includes cousins, will be documented for Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Keep reading to see their vacation snaps so far, including one of North riding her favorite suitcase through the airport.
