Anders Lindegaard is set to join West Brom

The Baggies have already completed a move for former United defender Jonny Evans, with the Northern Ireland international penning a four-year deal.

And Tony Pulis is reportedly close to luring Lindegaard to the Hawthorns after a disappointing five years at Old Trafford.

The Denmark international has made only 19 appearances for the Red Devils since signing in 2010. and is yet to feature under Louis van Gaal.

According to the Daily Mirror, the former Aalesund goalkeeper is close to a move to West Brom where he will challenge for the No1 jersey given Ben Foster's injury.

The England international remains sidelined after damaging his knee against Stoke towards the back end of last campaign.

Lindegaard was part of Van Gaal's mass exiling of goalkeepers this season and has watched on from the sidelines along with David De Gea and Victor Valdes.
