Everyone was hopelessly devoted to Grease: Live on Sunday night. The Fox musical drew 12.2 million viewers and a 4.3 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, Fox announced.

That means the Julianne Hough and Aaron Tveit-starring production beat out NBC's The Wiz (11.5/3.4), but failed to match NBC'sThe Sound of Music(18.6/4.6). And let's not even talk about what NBC's Peter Pan Livedrew (a paltry 9.2/2.4, if you really need to know).

Grease: Live's impressive ratings were well-deserved. Fox's first live musical was expertly produced with a ridiculous cast, including Vanessa Hudgens, Mario Lopez and Boyz II Men.

Let's just all hope this means Fox will soon be announcing Grease 2: Live.
