Deja Vu...need help

I wanted to share a little about myself.
Deja Vu has been a 'problem' I've had for quite a while, and I was wondering if anyone on here could shed some light about what I experience.
From 12 - 18 years of age, I experienced what was explained to me as Deja Vu, roughly averaging 8 times a day. But it was never a happy kind of experience.
My chest would begin to hurt, everything in that instance felt like it had already been done and said before and I begin to panic. I'm 26 now and still get it about once a day.
But because of the frequency, I've been able to somewhat master it. NOW when it happens I've been able to say things at the exact moment the other person is going to say, and have even told then what they ate going to do next, and they subconsciously do it shortly thereafter.

My question, and what I need help on in clarifying , is what I am experiencing some sort of micro-intermodal time travel with out my consent or knowing?

This reminds me of a David Gerrold script he wrote for Star Trek but it was never done because the show was cancelled before they could do it. It was about a man who was just a tad out of sync with time, yes. He experienced similar things you are describing. So, I am assuming that you might be correct. Someone has messed with your time sync here on this earth big time and you are experiencing it in deja vu. If you need to read the story. You will have to look for David Gerrold's old books on his days writing for Star Trek. They might be out of print or hard to find, though. Good luck.

I never really got into to Star Trek but I'll definitely check it out, thanks.

But how can I get a grip on this? How do I make it stop?

Dont worry about it and use it for your advantage..Apply to go on a talent show and show to the judges that you know what they are going to say or say it with them..you will make lots and lots of money and have beautiful girls chasing after you all the time...and the one you fall in love with will never cheat on you, will she?

I wish i know anwser for this question. But TimeFlipper has a good point. Use it on your advantage. Learn how this works, try to even force it to happen.
