The actresses were joined at the event by Italian star Monica Bellucci, who walked the carpet with designer Valentino Garavani, as well as director Sofia Coppola, chef Katie Lee, and businesswoman Wendi Deng.

The 47-year-old Chinese-born American businesswoman was a co-chair of the event last year. This is one of her first appearances since news broke that she’s dating Russian president Vladimir Putin.

She’s not made a public statement about the new relationship. Wendi was previously married to Rupert Murdoch.

This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit is celebrating the opening of the Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology exhibition.

Wendi Deng is reportedly dating Russian president Vladimir Putin!

The 47-year-old businesswoman is the ex-wife of News Corp chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch. They got divorced back in 2013.

Vladimir, 63, split from his wife of 30 years, Lyudmila Putina, back in 2014. They have two grown daughters from their marriage.

Rumors of Wendi and Vladimir being a couple have been swirling for years since their respective splits, but Us Weekly is now reporting that the relationship has turned “serious.”

Rupert has since moved on from their marriage and tied the knot with former supermodel Jerry Hall just a few weeks ago.
