Turkey confirms Ankara blast was car bomb attack – video

Turkey’s deputy prime minister Numan Kurtulmus says on Wednesday that a car bomb has killed at least 28 people in the capital, Ankara. Kurtulmus also confirms that 61 people were injured when a vehicle carrying explosives detonated next to another vehicle carrying military personnel. There has been no immediate claim of responsibility
