EW's editorial guidelines Published on February 28, 2016 Photo: Steve Granitz/WireImage Looks like the red carpet, at least, is big enough to hold them both: Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, Jack and Rose themselves, walked the red carpet together before the 88th Oscars ceremony Sunday night. Both performers are nominated for Academy Awards this year (Winslet in the Best Supporting Actress category for Steve Jobs and DiCaprio in Best Actor for The Revenant), and Kate-and-Leo mania has enjoyed a resurgence in the past few weeks as they’ve reunited multiple times over the course of awards season. Seeing Winslet and DiCaprio on the red carpet together brings fans back to the 1998 Academy Awards, when Titanic took home 11 Oscars out of 14 nominations (Winslet was nominated for Best Actress, but lost to Helen Hunt). That year, too, the close friends and collaborators were seen on red carpets together throughout the season.
