Freedom Blocks Distractions In Sync Across Every Device You Own

Windows/Mac/Android/iOS: What good is blocking distractions on your computer if you can pick up your phone and end up on Facebook? Freedom knows you’ll find loopholes and creates a synchronized block session across every device.

We’ve talked about Freedom in the past, but the service has evolved substantially since the old days. Now Freedom, which is available for most desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones (sorry Linux users), allows you to designate specific time periods during which you cannot access certain websites. Alternatively, you can disable access to all browsing, if you need the nuclear option.

Freedom has a free tier that can block two websites on one computer. You can upgrade to the Plus ($24/year) or Premium ($45/year) plans that can schedule blocked time on more devices. The Premium plan is required to block all mobile devices. If the price seems steep, you can try a 7-day trial before you commit. If it works for you, though, the gained productivity should hopefully pay for itself.
