James Corden’s drive time went primetime on Tuesday night, as CBS unveiled The Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Special. After a Macklemore-inspired opening number, Corden tour-guided audiences through various highlights from his first year as host of The Late Late Show, including Crosswalk: The Musical, a Take a Break segment in which he flushed a Million Dollar Listing down the toilet, and, yes, all of those high-profile guests (Adele, Justin Bieber, Elton John, etc.) who rode shotgun while singing their hits with him on Carpool Karaoke.

And that bit that broke the Internet picked up a new passenger to help Corden with his commute: mega-selling singer/American Idol judge/Shades of Blue star/Person from the Block Jennifer Lopez. In the nine-minute segment, she pitches him a new rap group, J. Lo & J. Co, emphatically denies that she insured for her butt for a million dollars, shows him the proper method to slowly move your hand around your face for a music video, and freaks out when he scrolls through her cell phone numbers and texts Leonard DiCaprio, “Hey, baby, I’m kind of feeling like I need to cut loose. Any suggestions? Let me know. J. Lo (you know, from the block).” What’s that, you ask? Did they have time to sing any songs? They did! To watch the pair duet on “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “Booty,” “Jenny From the Block,” and “On the Floor” — and to see what Leo texted her/him back, click on the latest installment of Carpool Karaoke.
