Unique device however the app is terrible take way longer than 20 seconds to come on. False advertising. Sometimes it doesn't even work and I have to close app and restart. It's really annoying. Can no one actually provide the service they claim to provide. Sure they'll say it's my phone or my service provider, anything to redirect blame. I just want this expensive device I bought to work as advertised!

I've used my flir and this app a total of four times in the years I've had it. It never worked well, but now it doesn't at all. I do complex tech work, so I thought it would pay for itself, by saving me time troubleshooting, but at 4 times before going belly up, I wish I would have saved my money. I even fix things like this, but I see no way to do this, nor have I tried. The battery seems charged, after all I used it FOUR times. It flashes green and nothing!

I use a Flir P65, E6 and 8 at work along with the Flir software. My playtoy for home is the Flir 1. I hadn't used it in quite some time so I had to install this app on my Pixel 7pro. If no reports are needed, the Flir 1 and this app could do about 75% percent of the jobs. The app doesn't have all the features that the E series has in camera, but it is sufficient for general use. I found that I have to start the app manually than plug the camera in, it won't start automatically even if enabled
