Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley Partially Closed Friday

The Village of Dobbs Ferry Thursday issued the below notice to residents about the partial closure Friday of Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry and Ardsley:

ROADWAY: Ashford Avenue

LIMITS: Ashford Avenue between Southfield Avenue and Saw Mill River Road (Rt.9A)

WHAT: Utility relocation work

IMPACTS: The right lane of Ashford Avenue in the westbound direction will be closed to motorists within the above limits.

The sidewalk on the north side of the bridge will be closed to pedestrians within the above limits.

Personnel will be in place to assist with maintenance and protection of traffic. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays.

WHEN: Lane/sidewalk closure will take place on Friday, May 15, 2015 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

WHO: Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation Permit.
