Dinkum Hair Offers $10 Cuts During Grand Opening
The new hair salon and barbershop is located in the Buchanan Circle.
To celebrate the opening of Dinkum Hair, Westchester's newest hair salon and barbershop, all haircuts for men, women and kids are just $10.
Located in the Buchanan Circle, it is convenient for residents not only of Buchanan, but also Montrose, Crugers, Peekskill, Cortlandt, Verplanck, and Croton-on-Hudson, said owner Mark Young.
The salon and barbershop specializes in haircuts, but offers other services such as straight razor shaves and neck shaves.

“We are a full-time shop,” Young said. "We are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a late night on Thursday until 7 PM.”
And, he said, they've got something for the younger clients. “We are unique because we have a special haircutting chair for the young ones. This car makes it fun when children get their haircut, and instead of crying, many of them actively look forward to their next visit.”
