A feature very similar to Steam Early Access is coming to Xbox One. Called Xbox Game Preview, the feature will allow players to buy and pay a selection of games while they’re in active development.
A free trial will allow Xbox One users to make an educated decision on whether they want to jump in early or wait and see how development progresses, Microsoft said.
Four of the first games coming to Xbox Game Preview are: The Long Dark, Shelter, Elite Dangerous, and DayZ.
