Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions of antineoplastic drugs in the Tumor department in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR. METHODS Antineoplastic agents-induced ADR in the Tumor department in 2014 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ADR of antineoplastic drugs mainly occurred in male patients aged 40 years above( 61.36%). Intravenous dripping was the main route of administration( 62.81%). The organs or systems involved in ADR was digestive system( 40.20%) and blood system( 32.17%),chemotherapy regimens of the high rates of which both is paclitaxel plus cis-platinum. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist in Tumor department should take initiative to monitor ADR of antineoplastics drugs,in order to promote clinical rational application of drugs,prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADR.
